An art studio allows the artist a place to work, store and organize the equipment and supplies necessary to increase productivity and inspire creativity.

Rent a space all your own to work and store your things in. You’ll also have 24 hour access to the building. Studio artists also receive a 50% discount on all community tools.

While all major utility maintenance is included, this is a safe, solution to studio construction if you ever need  a contractor to build out your studio to your specific needs.
